缴费规定

1. 费用金额

每位学员每月上课费用为 20美元。

无论每月实际出席多少次课程，费用均为固定金额，不作调整。

2. 缴费时间表

上课费用按 每四个月一次性预缴。

第一次缴费日期为5月3日。每四个月缴纳总额为 80美元。

如果仅能参加两个月课程, 费用为 40美元, 以此类推。

3. 缴费方式

学员可选择以下任一方式缴费：

现金（现场交给 Bosha）

支票（抬头请写 Oregon MeiGui Wellness Association）

Zelle（付款至邮箱：info@meiguiwellness.org）

4. 费用用途及退款政策

本协会为非营利组织，所有收取的费用将专款专用于教师酬劳及合唱团日常运营支出，以保障课程质量和活动持续开展。

除非课程因协会原因取消，已缴纳的上课费用概不退还。

Class Fee Payment Policy

1. Fee Amount

The class fee is $20 per month per participant.

The fee remains the same regardless of the number of classes attended during the month.

2. Payment Schedule

Class fees are collected every 4 months in advance.

A total of $80 is due for each four-month period.

If you can only make two months, then pay $40, and so on.

3. Payment Methods

Participants may choose one of the following payment options:

Cash (paid in person to Bosha)

Check (made payable to Oregon MeiGui Wellness Association)

Zelle (send to: info@meiguiwellness.org)

4. Use of Fees and Refund Policy

As a nonprofit organization, all collected fees are exclusively used to compensate instructors and support the daily operations of the choir, ensuring the quality and sustainability of our programs.

Unless a class is canceled by the Association, all paid class fees are non-refundable.
